Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads.
  • Develop strong client relationships and manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Understand customer needs and present relevant product/service solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to develop proposals and pricing strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in business development, B2B/B2C sales, or client acquisition roles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
