- We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growth-focused team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or client acquisition and be capable of building and managing long-term client relationships. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads.
- Develop strong client relationships and manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
- Understand customer needs and present relevant product/service solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to develop proposals and pricing strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in business development, B2B/B2C sales, or client acquisition roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
