We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Recruiter to join our HR team. As a Junior Recruiter, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various positions within the company. You will play a key role in managing the recruitment process and helping the company find top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist the recruitment team in all phases of the hiring process, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Candidate Sourcing: Conduct candidate searches using job boards, social media, internal databases, and other recruiting platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates’ qualifications against job requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a smooth process from interview to final offer.
- Candidate Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for candidates, providing them with information on job roles, the interview process, and company culture.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements across various platforms.
- On-boarding Support: Assist in the initial stages of the on boarding process for new hires.
- Employer Branding: Help promote the company’s employer brand by engaging with candidates on social media and other platforms.
- Reporting: Assist in generating recruitment metrics and reports for the HR team to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
- Some experience in recruitment or HR (internships, volunteer work, or entry-level HR roles are a plus).
