Quality Analyst Lead

• We are seeking a QA Lead to drive quality assurance processes, lead the QA team, and ensure high standards of software testing and defect resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance:
  • Develop and implement test plans, cases, and scripts.
  • Oversee manual and automated testing processes.
  • Utilize testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Project Management:
  • Create and manage testing schedules and milestones.
  • Track and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with development teams to align on testing requirements.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Assign tasks and manage team performance.
  • Provide guidance on testing best practices and methodologies.
• Communication:
  • Clearly communicate testing results, issues, and progress to stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations and address concerns related to quality.
• Process Improvement:
  • Continuously enhance QA processes and methodologies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into the QA process.

Requirement:

• Proven experience in QA testing and test automation.
• Familiarity with QA tools and frameworks.
• Ability to manage testing schedules and deliverables effectively.
• Strong issue tracking and resolution skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring QA teams.
