We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. As a fresher, you will learn the fundamentals of client acquisition, lead generation, and business strategy while working closely with senior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospects via email, phone, or social media.
- Maintain client relationships and follow up on leads.
- Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies.
- Understand client needs and suggest appropriate solutions or services.
Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- MBA or PGDM (Marketing/Sales) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or platforms like LinkedIn.
