The Problem

My Gennie is a custom CRM software made to replicate the sales process of Greha Pravesh. Market has readily available CRM softwares but they don’t really replicate the sales process of Greha Pravesh. Hence, My Gennie. At times, a mismatch in process-setting & redundant attempts to smoothen the sales operational structure in the software are a pain. It is a loss of time, money and resources at large. Also, an amalgamation of usability for all departments is standardised, which stands confusing for Greha Pravesh. In addition, automation of the manual sales process is also mandatory.

The brief

My Gennie is an exclusive CRM software made for Greha Pravesh & their internal team. It is not introduced to the outside market & will never be.

  • Departments in Greha Pravesh have a technical hierarchy in their sales process. The task is to convert these hierarchies into user roles through custom CRM software.
  • The custom CRM software should be able to support the majority of the departments of the company. The internal features for different roles should be designed keeping in mind the levels of work allocation and hierarchy of the departments.
  • Each department should be able to work independently with the CRM for clear understanding of their profile.
  • Features necessary for each department’s optimal functionality, should be inculcated in the software. For example: A space to create a client database or an Administrator should be able to assign leads to the Manager via the software.
  • Along with being easy to use, the platform should satisfy all the real estate operational, functional and transactional needs. Smooth running of the sales processing should be taken care of.
  • Create a Genie for Greha Pravesh.

The solution

My Gennie is a custom CRM Software dedicated to Greha Pravesh- A real estate player in Dubai. It came into the picture when maintaining the manual sales process was a challenge. We automated the same along with following the hierarchical flow as well as assigning user roles to every team member/department. There are three different user roles, each for an Agent, a Manager and a Super Admin. With a web-responsive screen and functional dashboard, Super Admin can perform major tasks like team monitoring, performance monitoring and sales lead monitoring. This was an add-on from our team’s side that has hugely profited our client. Each team member of Greha Pravesh has their own login credentials.

 

 

Further, sales is facilitated by automation of routine tasks like notifications for reminders, follow-ups, etc. Dial Pads for sales calls and client database storage are the additional features in MyGennie.

The result

My Gennie is still in its beta version and already has a database of approximately 50,000 contacts. It is used by the internal team of Greha Pravesh. The team experiences the time saving power of the CRM as it is quick and automates the routine tasks & members can now divert their time to strategic work. With the help of My Gennie, they are able to save 10+ hours from their weekly schedule on an individual basis. More than 20 people use the app currently from the team of Greha Pravesh.
