Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality content (graphics, captions, videos) for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media marketing campaigns to increase engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor, engage with, and grow our social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Content Scheduling: Use social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) to schedule and manage daily social media posts across all platforms.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and propose creative ideas to capitalize on them.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track social media metrics and prepare regular reports to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborations: Assist in influencer marketing campaigns, collaborating with relevant influencers and partners to promote the brand.
  • Ad Management Support: Support the team in managing paid social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads, and optimize them for better performance.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media content aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and identity.

 

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or a related role.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their features (Stories, Reels, Ads, etc.).
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative and proactive with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Graphic design skills (proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
  • Knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
