The Problem

Oxford HR provides recruitment services to non-profit organisations focused on senior-level candidates. With a constant flow of new roles being posted and new applicants registering for jobs, valuable time was being spent inputting customer data from web forms into their CRM. Due to the nature of their business, new customer and job data is constantly updating, requiring a more streamlined solution.

The brief

  • Link data submissions to their CRM software
  • Improve the user experience during the sign up process
  • Reduce data input errors

The solution

There needed to be a link between their customers’ data forms and their CRM software Invenias. IIH Global expanded the functionality of the Oxford HR front-end website by building out data capture forms which pushed the customer data into Invenias utilising the Invenias API.

The Invenias API was relatively new, producing mapping problems from their existing customer processes to the Invenias data endpoints. IIH Global overcame these challenges through trial & error of the API along with working closely with Oxford HR to ensure information was mapping correctly and usable in their current processes.

The result

This solution has saved countless hours of employee time manually entering data from forms into their CRM. Along with improving customer engagement rates through advanced functionality, allowing users to abandon and resume applications.

A fully white labelled system allows microsite creation with client specific branding. This resulted in Oxford HR broadening its customer base and facilitating recruitment for larger corporations where brand identity is paramount.
