We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Executive to lead and execute end-to-end organic lead generation strategies. This role combines SEO expertise, content planning, social media engagement, and strategic outreach to build brand presence and attract qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Execution:
- Create and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy focused on organic lead generation.
- Perform On-page and Technical SEO for the Shalin Designs website.
- Monitor and guide Off-page SEO activities executed by team members.
- Conduct ongoing Local SEO optimization and Competitor analysis.
- Track and analyze keyword performance, adjust content and placement strategies accordingly.
- Suggest and implement ideas to improve traffic, impressions, and CTR.
Content & Blog Optimization:
- Optimize existing blog content for SEO performance.
- Conduct keyword and topic research for new blog posts and guest articles.
- Manage and execute guest post outreach activities.
Analytics & Monitoring:
- Track and report user traffic trends using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Provide insights and action plans based on performance data.
Social Media & Profile Management:
- Handle the social media presence (including content creation and design ideas).
- Manage and update LinkedIn profiles
- Support LinkedIn activities related to lead generation and brand positioning.
Lead Generation & Sales Support:
- Identify and connect with the target audience across platforms.
- Collect and manage email data of industry-relevant prospects.
- Execute manual email outreach campaigns and follow-ups.
- Share company posts and maintain regular engagement with potential leads.
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss ongoing strategies and improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and content optimization.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong understanding of organic growth strategies, lead funnels, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and an analytical approach.

- Canva or similar tools for basic design
