Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads via LinkedIn, calls, events, and online platforms
- Conduct cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls)
- Submit proposals and manage opportunities on UpWork
- Schedule in-person meetings with directors/founders at international events
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify prospects
- Maintain CRM, track follow-ups, and update pipeline
- Support conversion of opportunities into clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong English communication (written & verbal)
- Experience with cold outreach and lead generation
- Comfortable handling calls and client conversations
- Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and UpWork
- Organized, self-driven, and target-oriented
- Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition preferred
