My Gennie is a custom CRM Software dedicated to Greha Pravesh- A real estate player in Dubai. It came into the picture when maintaining the manual sales process was a challenge. We automated the same along with following the hierarchical flow as well as assigning user roles to every team member/department. There are three different user roles, each for an Agent, a Manager and a Super Admin. With a web-responsive screen and functional dashboard, Super Admin can perform major tasks like team monitoring, performance monitoring and sales lead monitoring. This was an add-on from our team’s side that has hugely profited our client. Each team member of Greha Pravesh has their own login credentials.
Further, sales is facilitated by automation of routine tasks like notifications for reminders, follow-ups, etc. Dial Pads for sales calls and client database storage are the additional features in MyGennie.
My Gennie is still in its beta version and already has a database of approximately 50,000 contacts. It is used by the internal team of Greha Pravesh. The team experiences the time saving power of the CRM as it is quick and automates the routine tasks & members can now divert their time to strategic work. With the help of My Gennie, they are able to save 10+ hours from their weekly schedule on an individual basis. More than 20 people use the app currently from the team of Greha Pravesh.
