We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with a solid technical background to coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, manage risks, and maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects within defined scope, timelines, and budgets while aligning with business objectives.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and business teams to gather, analyze, and document project requirements.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with developers, QA engineers, designers, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery.
- Agile Management: Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure efficient development cycles.
- Task Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project progress, track tasks, and manage deliverables using tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance Coordination: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards by coordinating with QA teams for testing and validation.
- AI & Emerging Technologies: Collaborate with teams to integrate AI-driven features and automation into products, explore opportunities for leveraging tools such as OpenAI ChatGPT, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, and ensure AI solutions align with business goals.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, manage team workloads, and ensure clear task ownership.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve project workflows, team productivity, and delivery processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience 3–6 years as a Technical Project Manager, IT Project Manager, or Software Project Lead.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
- Experience working with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, data-driven applications, and AI-powered product development.
- Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, or platforms such as OpenAI ChatGPT or machine learning frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies, APIs, cloud platforms, and software development processes.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
