Technical Project Manager

• We are looking for highly skilled Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong background in a variety of technologies and excellent leadership abilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
  • Develop project plans and ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee project execution and maintain scope.
• Team Management:
  • Lead team meetings and assign tasks.
  • Provide feedback and conduct performance reviews.
• Technical Oversight:
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Review technical designs and stay updated on industry trends.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as the main contact for stakeholders.
  • Provide updates and address concerns.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Implement testing processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirement:

• Programming: Proficient in PHP, JavaScript (Node.js), and familiar with React.js and Angular.
• Frameworks/Platforms: Experience with Laravel, WordPress, Shopify, and Magento.
• Databases: Skilled in MongoDB and other database systems.
• Cloud Services: Knowledgeable in AWS (EC2, Serverless).
• CI/CD: Experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment tools.
• Create and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify risks and resolve issues.
• Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Lead and motivate the development team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor team members.
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations and provide updates.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and develop practical solutions.
