We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across our products, ensuring both usability and visual appeal. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create seamless, user-friendly interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- UI/UX Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications.
- User Research: Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Wireframes and Prototypes: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Collaborate: Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- UI Elements: Design user interface components such as buttons, forms, navigation, and layouts, ensuring consistency across the product.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests and user feedback sessions to optimize the user experience.
- Branding: Maintain design consistency across all touchpoints and ensure that the designs align with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to constantly improve the design process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience 2 years as a UI/UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both UI and UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), etc.
- Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and usability best practices.
- Experience in responsive and mobile-first design.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with motion design and animation.
- Knowledge of user research methodologies and ability to analyze data.
- Experience in Agile development processes.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and designing for inclusivity.
